FFFAI honours newly elected leaders

The Federation of Freight Forwarders’ Associations in India (FFFAI) felicitated the newly elected office bearers and managing committee members of six member associations for the 2026–2028 term at its eighth Executive Committee Meeting in Srinagar.

The meeting was held on 29 September 2026 at the Sher-e-Kashmir International Conference Centre in Jammu & Kashmir.

Six customs brokers’ associations recognised

The felicitation recognised the incoming leadership of the following associations:

  • Brihanmumbai Custom Brokers Association (BCBA)
  • Ahmedabad Custom Brokers Association
  • Bangalore Custom House Agents Association Ltd.
  • Customs Brokers and Shipping Agents Association (CHAASAAC)
  • Cochin Customs Brokers Association
  • Mundra Custom Brokers Association

The recognition brought together newly elected representatives from member associations serving customs broking and freight-forwarding businesses across different regions of India.

Focus on collaboration during the new term

FFFAI congratulated the incoming office bearers and managing committee members, expressing its expectation that the new leadership would strengthen collaboration and bring fresh perspectives to the customs broking and freight-forwarding fraternity.

The federation highlighted cooperation among member associations as a priority as the elected teams begin their 2026–2028 tenure.
