Ador Welding signs MoU with Liburdi Dimetrics for automation welding

Partnership targets high-precision welding capabilities across power, nuclear, oil & gas, and shipbuilding sectors

Ador Welding Limited (AWL), India’s leading welding and cutting solutions company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Liburdi Dimetrics, a global specialist in orbital welding and advanced welding technologies. The agreement marks a step towards strengthening high-precision welding capabilities in India.

The collaboration combines Ador’s market presence and customer relationships in India with Liburdi Dimetrics’ global expertise in orbital welding and specialized welding solutions. Together, the companies aim to address rising demand for precision-critical applications where quality, repeatability, and automation are essential.

Focus areas

The partnership will focus on delivering advanced welding solutions across four key industries:

  • Power generation and repair & maintenance
  • Nuclear
  • Oil & gas and process industries
  • Shipbuilding

These are sectors where weld integrity and reliability are mission-critical.

Industry response

Commenting on the collaboration, Lajpat Yadav, Chief Operating Officer, Ador, said the rising demand for precision-driven and automated welding solutions is accelerating rapidly. He added that the tie-up with Liburdi Dimetrics will help bring advanced orbital welding and automation capabilities to India, improving productivity, consistency, and quality for customers, and strengthening Ador’s position in high-value, technology-led welding solutions.
