Allcargo Logistics Limited, an integrated logistics provider through its Domestic Supply Chain, Express Distribution and Consultative Logistics businesses, has announced consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with PBT growing over 258% and EBITDA over 39% as both express distribution and contract logistics recorded their highest ever quarterly revenue.

The company delivered strong revenues across both business segments, backed by healthy volume growth, pricing discipline, customer centric execution and sustained operational efficiencies. It continued to strengthen its domestic logistics business through deeper customer engagement, higher adoption of digital capabilities and focused cost optimisation.

EBITDA rose 39% year-on-year to ₹20 crore, while Profit Before Tax (before exceptional items) climbed 258% to ₹31 crore, supported by pricing stability and healthy volume growth. The Express Distribution business posted 13.5% revenue growth year-on-year, driven by improved operational performance and enhanced service quality. Contract Logistics revenue grew 6% year-on-year, supported by efficiency led growth, 99% service quality adherence, strong customer retention, and expansion across diverse industry sectors.

Ketan Kulkarni, Managing Director and CEO, Allcargo Logistics Limited, said the quarter’s performance reflects disciplined execution across the company’s businesses, with record revenue in both express distribution and contract logistics driven by a combination of higher shipment volumes, stronger customer relationships and sustained operational improvements. He noted the company’s service equation led pricing approach improved yields during the quarter, while over 99% service quality adherence supported strong customer retention alongside an expanding footprint across sectors. Kulkarni added that Allcargo is increasingly leveraging AI driven analytics and data led decision-making to strengthen demand forecasting, network planning, shipment visibility and operational decision-making, and that continuous network optimisation, routing efficiencies, cost discipline and better asset utilisation have improved operating leverage and profitability. He said the company will continue accelerating its use of AI, digital technologies and data intelligence to build a more agile and resilient supply chain, while remaining focused on service quality, customer partnerships and profitable, disciplined growth.

On outlook, Allcargo Logistics expects business activity to strengthen further in the second and third quarters, particularly during the upcoming festive season, and remains focused on sustaining profitable growth through disciplined pricing, superior customer experience, operational excellence and deeper market penetration across both express distribution and contract logistics, while maintaining a prudent growth strategy.
