The Alonso Group is a benchmarking multi-sectoral corporate group in the national and international market with more than 50 years of experience. Currently, Alonso comprises one hundred companies with activities in the logistics, energy, construction, leisure, automotive, food and service sectors.

Diversification is a key factor in its growth. Its companies lead the sectors where they develop their activities. Each one’s contribution enriches the whole group, which, in turn, strengthens them.

The Group is a leader in container logistics. It fully covers the entire sector through maritime, overland, aerial and railway transport. It provides storage, warehouse, maintenance and repair of containers and feedering manufacture services. Alonso is present in 5 continents with more than 1,500 professionals in more than 170 offices throughout the world.

Its companies are an European benchmark in the design and manufacture of structures and construction of photovoltaic plants. The Alonso Group is committed to the environment and it works with the firm goal of reducing the emissions of CO2 and other pollutant gases.

In the last ten years, it has promoted numerous projects in the leisure sector such as ports and sports centres; and a big experiential centre located in Madrid (Spain), devoted to exhibitions, events, fairs, private parties, etc.

Activity has been developed both in public and private construction, with the execution of civil, building, rehabilitation and demolition works. The Group’s companies are also specialised in land levelling.

Since its origin, the automotive area has focused on repairing all types of vehicles. In the last decade, its companies have extended their activities to the sale and lease of vehicles and the purchase of car parks in big cities.

The service sector constitutes another of Alonso Group’s pillars, with diverse corporations in the insurance brokerage and management consultancy business, as well as real estate agencies or complete cleaning companies.

Its brand Ron Legendario, renowned in the international market, positions it in a place of honour in the food sector. Alonso Group produces and commercialises other food products at the global level, such as rice and oranges.

Its mission is to deliver added value to its clients and boost the progress of their businesses, society and the global economy. A capacity that it shares from the diversity of its team and the freedom of its companies, ultimately providing it with a unique personality in the market.

The Group’s far-sighted approach, being a motion generator around it, promotes competitiveness and sustainable growth by respecting the environment, the release emphasised.
