ColdStar Logistics, a leading temperature-controlled supply chain provider in India, has inaugurated its second cold chain facility in Pune spanning 220,000 square feet.

Facility Highlights

The new hub strengthens ColdStar’s network for handling perishables, including fruits, vegetables, and pharmaceuticals, with advanced temperature-controlled storage and processing capabilities. It supports high-volume distribution for e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms, aligning with rising demand in western India.

Strategic Expansion

This follows ColdStar’s recent additions like F&V hubs in Mumbai and Sonipat, boosting daily processing to over 3,200 tonnes. The Pune site enhances coverage in key consumption markets, leveraging the company’s 200+ city network and zero stock-out promise.

Industry Impact

ColdStar’s growth underscores the booming cold chain sector in India, serving food, retail, and healthcare with tech-driven logistics. It positions the firm to meet sustainability and efficiency goals amid expanding trade.
