Hong Kong-based Crown Worldwide Group has opened a 135,000 sq ft facility at Siwari in Delhi NCR as part of its expansion in India and its target of generating more than Rs 500 crore in annual revenue from the country by 2030.

The facility, one of Crown’s largest in India, spans 7.5 acres and brings together information management, workspace, relocation, logistics, mobility and fine art services under the company’s One Crown approach.

The facility expands its integrated service offering.

The new site includes an 82,000 sq ft warehouse with capacity for up to 900,000 cartons. By co-locating multiple business units, Crown aims to improve collaboration between teams while allowing customers to access several services through a single organization.

For example, companies relocating offices can also use Crown’s information management capabilities to digitize and manage records. The facility is expected to strengthen the company’s ability to serve customers across North India.

Jennifer Harvey, Group CEO of Crown Worldwide Group, said the company’s integrated model creates value by bringing its different businesses together. She said Crown helps clients navigate complexity amid ongoing change and uncertainty through experienced teams, specialised logistics capabilities and secure, company-owned facilities.

Crown plans to double India investment

Crown plans to double its investment in India to $30 million over the next two years, following $15 million invested during the previous two years.

The company is also expanding its Indian business beyond its traditional focus on relocation logistics to develop a broader enterprise infrastructure platform covering records management, document digitisation, workplace asset management and information governance.

Demand is being supported by the growth of global capability centres, hybrid working models and compliance requirements under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act.

The Indian business is growing at an estimated 10% to 12% annually and currently accounts for around 10% of Crown’s global revenue, which exceeds $600 million.

Expansion across Indian markets

The Delhi NCR facility follows recent investments in other Indian markets. Crown opened a 76,000 sq ft centre in Bengaluru in September 2025 and a 4.5-acre facility in Coimbatore in May 2026.

The latest expansion adds further capacity to Crown’s India network as the company broadens its portfolio of logistics, information management and workplace-related services.
