Emiza, India’s leading Made-in-India Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider, has launched its 27th multi-client fulfilment centre (MCF) in Farrukhnagar, Haryana. The 110,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility further enhances Emiza’s capacity to meet the growing demands of the e-commerce and retail sectors, particularly in the Northern India region. This latest addition marks Emiza’s fifth warehouse in the Delhi/NCR region and expands the company’s total warehousing footprint to over 50 lakh cubic feet across 14 cities and 13 states.

Over the past two years, Emiza’s warehousing space has increased by 150%, demonstrating the company’s strategic focus on scaling operations to meet the evolving needs of India’s logistics ecosystem. The Farrukhnagar facility is designed to handle up to 18 lakh direct-to-consumer (D2C) orders per month, significantly bolstering Emiza’s capabilities in delivering faster, more reliable, and more efficient logistics solutions. Positioned in a key logistics hub, the facility enables optimised last-mile services and improved order fulfilment for businesses in the region.

This expansion is also expected to create over 300 new jobs, further contributing to local employment growth. Across its network, Emiza has already generated 2,500 roles and is investing INR 12 crores in advanced technologies such as robotics, machine learning, and blockchain to elevate operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences.

Ajay Rao, Founder of Emiza, commented, ‘Our new Farrukhnagar warehouse is more than just an expansion—it’s a critical step toward strengthening our ability to meet the surging demand from the e-commerce and retail sectors across North India. With cutting-edge technology and the capacity to handle 1.8 lakh orders per month, this facility is designed to deliver faster, more reliable, and highly efficient logistics solutions to our clients. This facility will also fulfil bulk shipments to quick commerce regional distribution centres (DCs) on behalf of our brands.”

Jitendra Kumar, Co-founder of Emiza, added, “This new facility is a reflection of our long-term vision to scale operations without compromising on safety or sustainability. With automation-driven processes and sustainability initiatives, we are offering smarter, more efficient, and eco-friendly logistics solutions to our partners. This warehouse also brings new opportunities for the communities we serve, driving both operational and local economic growth.”

The facility boasts multi-tier long-span shelving racks with over 17,000 pallet positions and a storage capacity of more than 900,000 cubic feet. It is equipped with 20 dock levellers, FM2 flooring, and a conveyor system to streamline material handling. To ensure the highest safety standards, advanced systems, including hydrants, sprinklers, electrical dock doors, and 24/7 CCTV surveillance, are in place. Additionally, the facility complies with key certifications such as the Shops & Establishment Act, Fire Safety, and Labour Law regulations, underscoring Emiza’s commitment to operational excellence.
