Hind Terminals Private Limited, in association with ThreeLine Cargo India Pvt. Ltd. and OOCL, marked an important milestone in rail-based logistics with the flag-off of a block train from Kilaraipur to Mundra Port on September 25, 2026, according to a LinkedIn post.

The block train movement represents a coordinated effort to facilitate efficient movement of EXIM cargo through an integrated rail and port logistics network, connecting the inland cargo location at Kilaraipur with Mundra Port, one of India’s key gateways for international trade.

For professionals and industry participants, the execution of the block train movement also offered valuable practical exposure to rail operations, container logistics, terminal coordination and EXIM cargo handling, providing insights into the various stages involved in moving cargo from the hinterland to the port gateway.

The successful flag-off underscores the importance of stakeholder collaboration in developing efficient, dependable and customer-focused logistics solutions for India’s growing trade requirements.

From Kilaraipur to Mundra Port, the movement strengthens rail connectivity, supports EXIM trade and builds a more integrated logistics network.
