RapidShyp, a leading eCommerce shipping platform, has announced a strategic partnership with India Post, the country’s most extensive postal network with 19,000 pin codes. This collaboration aims to redefine logistics accessibility and efficiency, enabling businesses to deliver across every nook and corner in India seamlessly.

The agreement was formalised between Vickey Kumar, Director of Postal Services at India Post, and Ravi Goel, Chief Business Officer at RapidShyp. Through this alliance, RapidShyp will integrate its advanced logistics technology with India Post’s unparalleled reach, ensuring faster and more reliable last-mile delivery services.

The integration leverages advanced APIs for tariff calculation, label generation, pickup scheduling, and end-to-end track and trace capabilities, ensuring a seamless experience for eCommerce businesses, from order placement to delivery.

The Indian eCommerce market is the fastest growing in the world and is projected to grow from US$ 123 billion in 2024 to US$ 292.3 billion in 2028. To align with evolving trends, RapidShyp has formed an impactful partnership with India Post to empower D2C businesses and meet the growing demand in the logistics sector.

Ravi Goel, Chief Business Officer at RapidShyp, expressed, “By integrating India Post’s trusted network with RapidShyp’s innovative platform, we’re not just expanding reach- we’re setting a new benchmark in logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction. Sellers now have access to a logistics ecosystem that simplifies operations and delivers results, no matter where their customers are located. With India Post as our partner, businesses can confidently cater to remote and underserved regions, unlocking new growth opportunities.”

Highlighting the impact of this partnership, a spokesperson at India Post commented: “India Post is delighted to collaborate with RapidShyp in expanding logistics solutions for businesses across the country. By combining our extensive network with RapidShyp’s technology, this partnership enables eCommerce brands to serve customers in remote areas efficiently and reliably. Together, we aim to facilitate seamless connectivity and contribute to India’s economic growth through enhanced logistics capabilities.”

RapidShyp’s technology simplifies order management, catalogue management, order processing, tracking, and more, ensuring minimal disruptions to sellers while enhancing customer trust and loyalty.

As the partnership evolves, it promises to support the growing eCommerce ecosystem in India, offering solutions that empower businesses to meet the increasing expectations of customers in 2025 and beyond.
