KSH Integrated Logistics, one of India’s leading providers of integrated supply chain solutions, announces the launch of its new 100,000 sq. ft. Multi-Client Facility in Bhiwandi, the strategic logistics hub of Maharashtra. This facility marks a significant step in the company’s aggressive growth strategy to meet the increasing demand from its rapidly expanding customer base.

The launch aligns directly with KSH Integrated Logistics’ commitment to scaling its presence in Bhiwandi, a prime focus area for the company. With this addition, KSH’s total footprint in the region now stands at 200,000 sq. ft., supporting a strategic vision to further expand its capacity to 500,000 sq. ft. within the next two years.

Operational Excellence and Connectivity

The new 100,000 sq. ft. MCF is designed for maximum operational efficiency. Its strategic location, in close proximity to the Samruddhi Expressway, Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and JNPT Virar Expressway, provides a critical advantage, enabling faster delivery timelines and improved supply chain management for customers aiming to reach their end consumers quickly.

The facility is equipped with modern infrastructure, including a verified Fire NOC, and leverages KSH’s robust Warehouse Management System for seamless, tech-enabled operations – a standard implementation across all KSH Multi-Client Facilities.

Catering to High-Growth Sectors

The new facility will serve as a central distribution hub, catering to diverse, high-growth industries including Retail, E-commerce, FMCG, FMCD, and Pharmaceuticals.

This expansion reinforces KSH’s market positioning as a comprehensive, single-service provider capable of managing end-to-end logistics solutions across multiple locations, thereby meeting complex customer expectations.

Commitment to Sustainability and Local Development

KSH Integrated Logistics is also focused on contributing positively to the local economy and environment. The facility is expected to generate over 100 direct and indirect jobs. The company is investing in its workforce through robust training programs, from casual labour to managerial roles, including on-the-job training to develop specialized skills tailored to diverse customer needs.

Furthermore, KSH is integrating sustainability into its long-term operational plans, with future initiatives to incorporate solar power and the adoption of EV and CNG vehicles for local movement, supporting a greener supply chain network.

Vinay Patil, CEO of KSH Integrated Logistics said, “The launch of this 100,000 sq. ft. MCF in Bhiwandi is a key inflection point in our strategic expansion. Bhiwandi is a vital corridor, and by increasing our footprint here, we are not just adding space, but critically enhancing our end-to-end capabilities and ensuring our customers can leverage best-in-class operational speed and technological solutions. We are fully committed to achieving our 500,000 sq. ft. target in Bhiwandi, delivering value, and strengthening local employment through quality training and sustainable practices.”
