Safess Quality Management Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of IRClass Systems & Solutions Pvt Ltd (ISSPL), and Applied Innovation and Technology Group (AITG), represented by Marathwada Auto Compo Private Limited and Preci Fab Engineers Pvt Ltd have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to foster technical collaboration in the field of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC).

The MoU signing marks a significant step towards leveraging the strengths of both Safess and AITG. Safess, known for its expertise in engineering, procurement, construction, installation, erection, and commissioning services, as well as technical consulting, repair, and maintenance, will combine forces with AITG, a leader in engineering and manufacturing auto components and developing new business verticals for farm equipment, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and columns for chemical, pharma, and petrochemical industries.

The MoU outlines the intent of SAFESS and AITG to jointly explore and evaluate areas for mutual cooperation which will focus on EPC Contracts, including design, manufacturing, supply, and commissioning for various government, public sector undertakings, and private sector industries.

This partnership aims to set forth broad terms of arrangements and understandings between SAFESS and AITG.

Mr. Vinay Kshirsagar, Director of Safess, commented: “We are excited to embark on this collaborative journey with AITG. This MoU will allow us to combine our technical expertise and resources to undertake larger and more complex EPC projects, ultimately benefiting our clients and contributing to the growth of our industries.”

Mr. Ram Bhogale, Chairman of AITG, added: “This partnership with SAFESS represents a strategic move to expand our capabilities and market reach. By working together, we can innovate and deliver high-quality engineering solutions across various sectors, including automotive, chemical, pharma, and petrochemical industries.”
