TrucksUp, India’s leading logistics aggregator platform, has announced the launch of Safety 360, an advanced verification service aimed at fostering trust, reducing fraud, and giving users complete control over trucking credential authentication. This feature introduces a new benchmark in secure digital onboarding by allowing users to match the name on Vehicle Registration Certificates (RC) with linked Bank and PAN details, creating a unified and tamper-proof verification ecosystem.

With the accelerating digitization of logistics transactions, incidents of data mismatches, identity fraud, and financial discrepancies have become more frequent. Safety 360 has been developed to directly address these vulnerabilities through a secure and streamlined process for validating critical documents. The service empowers users to verify the RC name against either Bank or PAN details or both, according to their individual needs, offering flexibility while ensuring precision and accuracy in verification.

What sets Safety 360 apart is its seamless and integrated verification process. The system initiates with mandatory Vehicle Verification, which is then followed by the verification of Bank credentials and PAN information. Safety 360 offers an integrated, plan-independent solution. This streamlined flow simplifies the user experience, making secure authentication both effortless and reliable. The system also includes a mismatch justification feature, enabling users to explain discrepancies transparently, which in turn promotes accountability across the network.

User privacy remains a top priority in the Safety 360 experience. Throughout the verification journey, users retain complete ownership and clarity, reinforcing TrucksUp’s commitment to both transparency and user empowerment in the digital age.

Speaking at the launch, Sarthak Elwadhi, Founder & CEO of TrucksUp, said: “Safety 360 is more than just a tool, it’s a promise of integrity. In an industry vulnerable to fraud, we are empowering users with a secure, transparent, and flexible way to verify critical credentials. This solution helps our customers save time, reduce risks, and make informed decisions with confidence. This launch reaffirms our commitment to transforming how logistics businesses build trust and stay compliant in a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.”
