TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks, part of the TVS Mobility Group, plans to invest between Rs 2,500 crore and Rs 2,700 crore over the next three years to significantly scale up its warehousing portfolio, reinforcing its position in India’s fast-growing logistics infrastructure sector.

How much will TVS ILP’s warehousing portfolio grow?

The company aims to expand its warehousing footprint from around 12 million square feet to 20 million square feet by 2028, marking a substantial increase in its Grade-A industrial and logistics park capacity across the country.

Where will TVS ILP focus its expansion?

The planned investment will support development of Grade-A industrial and logistics parks in emerging markets, with a strategic focus on Tier-II and Tier-III cities, as well as eastern and central India, regions increasingly seen as growth corridors for warehousing and industrial demand.

How does this align with TVS ILP’s investor commitments?

The expansion plan is aligned with commitments made to investors in TVS Infrastructure Trust, the company’s listed Infrastructure Investment Trust, reflecting a structured, long-term capital deployment strategy backed by institutional investor expectations.

What does this mean for India’s logistics infrastructure sector? The move reflects continued momentum in India’s warehousing and logistics real estate space, driven by growing demand for organised, Grade-A industrial parks beyond traditional metro markets, as companies look to strengthen supply chain networks and last-mile connectivity across emerging regions.
