Kamarajar Port Limited received a senior delegation from Abu Dhabi Ports Group on May 17, 2026, in a move to enhance international maritime ties and identify strategic collaboration opportunities in port and logistics operations.

The engagement focused on potential partnerships for future berth and terminal projects at Kamarajar Port. Discussions between the two entities covered key areas including advanced operational practices, technology adoption, efficiency improvements, and sustainable development frameworks designed to boost global trade linkages.

Both organizations reaffirmed their dedication to innovation-led and environmentally sustainable port development. They underscored the role of operational excellence, smart infrastructure deployment, and next-generation maritime ecosystems in meeting the changing needs of international trade and logistics networks.

The visit is anticipated to facilitate deeper partnerships and knowledge exchange mechanisms that could strengthen India’s standing in the worldwide maritime and supply chain domain.
